And you thought the radioactive Christie Brinkley-Peter Cook divorce was over. Not quite.
Cook's lawyer told us he filed contempt of court papers yesterday against Christie, claiming she didn't hand over son Jack's passport back in November, thereby preventing him from being able to take a school trip to Egypt. They claim she broke an agreement to hand over the passport on or before Nov. 19.
Two things here: Peter Cook calling out anyone for being a bad parent, and ... who takes a field trip to Egypt?

Jodie Sweetin is not allowed to see her 8-month-old daughter without supervision.
Moments ago, an Orange County, Ca. judge made the explosive ruling after Sweetin's estranged husband Cody Herpin accused the "Full House" star of being an unfit mother -- citing an alleged incident where Sweetin drove intoxicated with their baby in the car.
The couple faced off in open court today for an emergency custody hearing at Cody's request.
Jodie, an admitted meth addict and alcoholic who lives with her parents, will not be allowed to be with the child unless one of her folks is present.
A doctor also took the stand and claimed that Jodie had recently fallen off the wagon. However, the doc confirmed Jodie has been in touch with her sponsor and is attending AA meetings. The doctor said she does not believe the baby is at risk at the moment.
A judge ordered both Cody and Jodie to submit to drug tests before the next hearing.

Jodie Sweetin is locked in a custody battle so ferocious that her estranged husband called for an emergency hearing this morning to get access to their 8-month old daughter ASAP.
TMZ has learned the 26-year-old "Full House" star and her soon-to-be-ex Cody Herpin are currently facing off in an Orange County courtroom.
Jodie, who played Stephanie Tanner on the show, filed for divorce in November -- just 16 months after they tied the knot. Their daughter Zoie was born back in April.

In this time of financial ruin, Hulk Hogan claims his estranged wife is blowing cash on the dumbest stuff ever -- example: Linda allegedly threw down $4,000 for a photo shoot with her dog.
Hulk unloaded outside of Pinellas County Court yesterday -- where Linda was asking for another $400,000 in attorney fees. The court granted her the cash -- but after going over her expenditures, they put it in a separate account so she couldn't blow it on more dumb stuff.
But Hogan and his attorney, David R. Houston, were kind enough to list a bunch of ridiculous things they claim Linda has wasted dough on ... and trust us, it's stupid.

For Denise Richards, it's more than complicated –- it's desperate.
A "longtime pal" tells the Chicago Sun-Times Denise is very worried about what's to become of her if/when her reality show gets the axe. "She's willing to do just about anything and take any role that's not pure porn," says the pal. (What are friends for?)
Her most recent credits besides "It's Complicated" include something called "Blonde and Blonder" and an upcoming movie ... from Bollywood.

David Hasselhoff has officially kicked his ex-wife to the curb -- as in a judge told her to get the hell out of Hoff's house.
The bitter exes had a deal where Pamela Bach could live in one of Hoff's homes while they tried to sell it -- but things went sour when it went on longer than Hoff expected.
Yesterday in L.A. County Superior Court, a judge agreed to toss Bach out of the house -- and now Pam has until January 31 to pack her stuff and pound pavement.
The lesson: Don't mess with the Hoff when you're under his roof.

With a real fortune in the bank, Morgan Freeman's divorce from Myrna Colley-Lee could get expensive for him.
According to the Chicago Sun-Times, Myrna stands to make more than $100 mil from the breakup: Morgan apparently has pretty wide real estate holdings and he's been "frugal" over the years. Translation: He's got coin, and she's due.
The split spilled out when Freeman was involved in a car crash with a female friend. The couple have been separated for a year.

Shauna Sand's husband Romain Chavent is fuming over allegations he beat his wife and threatened to sell naked photos of her children -- chalking the devastating allegations up to Shauna being "completely crazy ... like a buffalo."
In what turned out to be one hell of a candid phone call, Romain ferociously defended himself -- and then proceeded to slam Shauna, claiming her own mother doesn't like her, she fights with half the hairstylists in town and that he's going to blacklist her from the Hollywood nightclub scene.
Here's the transcription -- you just gotta read it:
TMZ: What's going on with this restraining order?
Romain: Yesterday, she called me and said, "I'm at court filing for divorce. You need to come tomorrow morning at 8:30 to sign for divorce or I'm putting a restraining order on you." I thought she was joking!
TMZ: And when did you hear that she actually did it?
Romain: I just heard. The first time I heard about it was on TMZ. Someone called and told me to look at the website.
TMZ: These are some crazy allegations! Are they true?
Romain: SHE'S completely crazy – completely! Of course they are not true.
TMZ: So you didn't take pictures of her kids?
Romain: The pictures are not true. Of course not. This is not the first time - when she was divorcing with Lorenzo, she was making allegations he wanted her to be a prostitute!
TMZ: OK, so you know all this but yet you still chose to be with her?
Romain: She's the nicest person on earth, but she can be crazy. Like a buffalo. She just goes mad. She's bipolar.
TMZ: What about that you punched her breasts?

Shauna Sand has finally had it with hubby Romain Chavent -- the guy who allegedly beat the crap out of her this weekend -- and now she's filing for divorce. Again. Kinda.
A day after Shauna filed a shocking restraining order against him accusing Romain of a disturbing history of violence, Shauna went back to court today to ask the judge to re-open her divorce case against Romain.
Just last week, Shauna and Romain's divorce became official -- but the couple went to court the next day to have it called off. Shauna claims Romain pressured her into having the divorce canceled so he could keep his green card.
Shauna has accused Romain of choking her on multiple occasions, throwing her against a wall, and threatening to sell nude photos he took of her young daughters when Shauna wasn't around.

Shauna Sand is worthless -- just ask her latest ex-husband.
According to court documents filed last Friday, Shauna and Romain Chavent finally really officially are divorced. But here's the best part: Romain had to fill in his gross monthly income as well as Shauna's -- for each he wrote $0.00.
So for all of you out there that said Shauna Sand dresses like a working girl, guess you were wrong.

Madonna is pretty much free to swing A-Rod's way whenever she wants now.
A UK family court gave the go-ahead for her divorce from Guy Ritchie this morning in just minutes. A statement given in court said Madge petitioned for the divorce on the grounds of Guy's "unreasonable behaviour" and said the behavior was "continuing." Also, the hearing revealed the couple haven't lived at the same address in months.
The divorce should be totally buttoned up in about six weeks.

The Madonna-Guy Ritchie divorce might already be settled, with Guy telling Madonna she can keep her Kabbalah coin all to herself.
According to a report in the Daily Mail, Madge won't pay out a penny or a pound of her $500 mil fortune to Guy, but their sons (David and Rocco) will split their time between London and New York. An announcement on the settlement could come by the end of the month, says a source.
We've been told Guy could still do pretty well in the divorce -- since Brit divorce law says he's due half.

Linda Hogan's lawyers are taking another vicious swing at Hulk, because Linda says he's purposely sold his many trademarks -- including his wrestling names -- to his best friend to keep her greedy cougar paws off the profits.
In a pile of papers filed in Pinellas County Court, Linda says Hulk handed over the rights to his Hulk Hogan brands (like Hollywood Hulk, Hulkster, Hulkamania), grill, energy drink and more to his best friend Eric Bischoff for an insane discount. Linda's pissed because these are tons of assets she now can't cash in on.
Hulk's attorney, David Houston, told us: "There has been no siphoning of money -- if Linda has to ask again, we'll be more than happy to provide the same answer."
Linda's also trying to keep Hulk's handlebar mustache the hell away from her mother -- because the Hulkster is convinced Linda's been sending their old furniture (from her many remodels of their Florida home) to mommy dearest to keep ... and he wants 'em back.
We're convinced the money fight between these two will never see a three count.

The soon-to-be ex Mr. Madonna hung with Jude Law and Robert Downey Jr., his "Sherlock Holmes" stars, in London on Thursday.
Blowing off steam during a messy divorce is elementary, my dear Watson.

The curtains have been pulled back on mega-producer Brian Grazer's divorce battle -- and let's just say working with Opie sure does pay.
According to docs filed by estranged wife Gigi's accountant, Grazer's cash haul per year is $28 million, 13 mil of which came from just his production co. salary. The rest comes from "corporate distributions ... perquisites ... as well as interest and dividend income." That's a lotta skinny black ties.
Gigi is asking for nearly a million per month in child and spousal support ($988,184), including a grand per month for "furniture and appliance replacement" at their Hawaii house. She spends $7K for "fine art" every month ... just for their San Remo pad. But here's the good news for Brian -- she's only asking for $42 a month to clean the New York pad.
BTW: Who knew there was a computer program called DissoMaster to chop up marital assets? Brilliant.
