Marie Osmond's Kid Heads to Rehab

It's not a good time to be Marie Osmond.

On tonight's "Larry King Live," the "Dancing with the Stars" star was blindsided by Larry King who asked if 16-year-old son Michael was in rehab. What would Brigham Young do?! She confirmed that he was admitted last week -- the same week Marie's father died at his home in Utah.

Osmond got choked up while talking about her son, telling Larry, "He is the most amazing kid ... it's been a hard week." Still, Marie managed to go on with the "Dancing" show.

7. This is the most beautfiul of all the stars and the most classy. I just love her. Don't think that while you're on the computer at TMZ that your kids aren't smuggling some drugs in and doing the drinking too ... pay attention to your own home. She's kept an awesome home with God in it, when the ACLU throws God out of our lives everyday. MARIE IS A BEAUTIFUL LADY INSIDE AND OUT!!

10. He's 16, and afaik, the only ex-gay "rehab" for teens, Refuge at Love In Action, has been shut down. I hope she's not that stupid.

12. Larry King is such an assclown. Why would he totally blindside her with a question like that in the wake of all the other chaos she's dealing with? Her reaction was so uncomfortable to watch. Marie is a beautiful woman, and a good role model for all those other celebrity train wrecks referred to as "mothers." You're awesome, Marie...may you and your beautiful family continue to be blessed!

And Larry? You're a tool.

13. It doesn't matter if your family has God-centered life, all kids can have problems. I know that those who hate religion will use this time to take a poke. Marie is probably a good mom and kids do make mistakes and thoughts and prayers are with her and her family, remember her father just died and it's probably hard on all them!!

15. Wasn't there a scandal a few years ago about two of her teenage daughters, and their slutty stuff on MySpace, or something like that? They were like, major ho's and really young to be like that.....
What is it with Mormons and fundies, when they forbid certain basic human behaviors as part of their religion, it is almost programming themselves for failure.....
